All individuals raising funds on CrowdJustice must have a lawyer instructed (or have a lawyer who is willing to accept their case pending funds raised). We confirm this arrangement directly with the lawyer involved.

All funds raised go directly to a regulated lawyer's client account or to the account of a registered charity/non-profit. We perform compliance checks on the account holders.

We also perform rigorous compliance checks on our Case Owners.
