(1) Could you tell us whether you’re trying to pledge using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile? If it was a desktop computer, was it Windows or Mac? If it was a tablet or mobile, could you tell us the model?
(2) Could you tell us which browser you were using, e.g. Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer?
(3) If possible, could you send us the URL of the page and a screenshot of what you're seeing?
(4) Any more details about exactly what you were trying to do and what went wrong?
