Is my pledge tax deductible?
On most CrowdJustice pages, funds raised go to a lawyer's client account. This means donations go directly to support legal costs and are not donated a charity so therefore are not tax deductible.
In some cases, funds are transferred to a registered charity (this will be displayed on the case page clearly) so the donation may be tax deductible.
Can I add GiftAid to my pledge?
If funds raised are being sent to a registered charity that is eligible for Gift Aid, you will be given this option when you make your pledge.
