CrowdJustice will deal with complaints from users efficiently and fairly.
Complaints about Cases or Case Owners (live or closed) should be made by emailing [email protected]
Complaints about CrowdJustice’s products or services should be made by emailing [email protected]

We'll get the complaint to the right person.
We'll be in touch with the complainant as soon as we can and let them know what will happen next.
We'll treat the complaint fairly.
We'll resolve the complaint as soon as possible and we will try to do this within 10 working days.
For more complex issues it's likely that we will need longer to look into what's happened and we may ask for further information to help us reach a decision. This may take up to 8 weeks and we may ask you for further information to help us reach a decision.
We'll give the complainant regular updates if needed.
