CrowdJustice Complaints Policy

CrowdJustice will deal with complaints from users efficiently and fairly.

Complaints about Cases or Case Owners (live or closed) should be made by emailing [email protected]

Complaints about CrowdJustice’s products or services should be made by emailing [email protected]

Our commitment

  • We'll get the complaint to the right person.

  • We'll be in touch with the complainant as soon as we can and let them know what will happen next.

  • We'll treat the complaint fairly.

  • We'll resolve the complaint as soon as possible and we will try to do this within 10 working days.

  • For more complex issues it's likely that we will need longer to look into what's happened and we may ask for further information to help us reach a decision. This may take up to 8 weeks and we may ask you for further information to help us reach a decision.

  • We'll give the complainant regular updates if needed.
