To begin the process, ensure that your crowdfunding campaign is fully set up within the CrowdJustice platform. You will have a draft of your campaign page to review and finalise. Once reviewed, confirm your approval for the draft by clicking 'Submit'.
2. Fulfil Due Diligence and Compliance Requirements
Before your case can go live, CrowdJustice requires the completion of all Due Diligence and Compliance checks. Ensure that:
All required information is accurately provided.
Your lawyer’s details are added to your case page.
CrowdJustice will reach out to your lawyer to confirm that they are instructed or potentially instructed, subject to the necessary funding being secured.
The lawyer confirmation of instruction is a mandatory step in the process. If your lawyer has not yet provided their confirmation, kindly contact them to expedite this step.
3. Confirm Lawyer Approval
We may require case page approval from your lawyer. Once they have reviewed the case page contents and provided confirmation to CrowdJustice, further steps will be taken to progress the campaign to live status.
4. Final Approval and Launch
After ensuring that all elements, including lawyer instruction confirmation and compliance checks, are complete, CrowdJustice will launch your campaign (subject to you having 'submitted' it.
