Launching your CrowdJustice fundraising page is completely free. This allows you to tell your story, mobilise a network of supporters and achieve justice. Our team are here to support you along the way.

If you reach your initial fundraising target, CrowdJustice charges an administrative fee of 3% of funds raised, plus VAT (if applicable) and a third-party payment processing charge of 3% + 20p per pledge (including VAT).

Funds raised are transferred directly & securely to your lawyer, net of fees & charges. Funds are disbursed only once you have achieved your initial fundraising target, ensuring the minimum goal set at the start of the campaign is met. Funds are typically released within approximately one week after meeting the target, allowing time for necessary checks and validation. Campaigns are usually given 30 days to reach their initial target.

For more information, you can take a look at our Terms & Conditions.

Why do CrowdJustice take a fee?

We use your fee to:

  • Maintain and constantly improve our technology platform so that you have the tools you need to run a successful legal crowdfunding campaign.

  • Give you access to analytics and data on your crowdfunding campaign to give you the insights to boost donations.

  • Provide expert, ongoing advice on how to approach your legal crowdfunding campaign.

  • Provide a great customer support experience, answering any questions you have.
